    • 0.15l of wine or a non-alcoholic "2.0" cocktail created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Chateau Mcely and 0.33l of mineral water (Per person).

    Please reserve the specially priced menu at least 48 hours in advance. This gift certificate is a 100% non-refundable deposit.
    The discounted menu may not be available on certain dates. We will be happy to provide you with more information when you make your reservation.

    We recommend combining the Carnival Menu with our specially priced Winter Stay, available from December 1, 2025 to February 26, 2026.

    Carnival customs have their origins in pre-Christian Slavic celebrations of the end of winter. Mardi Gras was a time of feasting and merrymaking, with dances, slaughters and weddings. The word carnival comes from the Italian carne levare, 'to give away meat'.
