• Princess or Prince Transformation (60 minute treatment) An initial cleansing scrub for prancing little feet with our Tangerine Scrub, is followed by a soothing massage with chamomile oil. A real chateau fairy will turn you into a Princess by delicately painting your fingernails, powdering your nose, and styling your hair. Princes will make their own bath oil. Princesses and Princes will get a chocolate lollipop. For a complete transformation into a Princess, you can borrow a beautiful dresses from the chateau princess wardrobe.

• Two-hour bike rental for rides through St. George’s forest.
• Free use of sauna and outdoor whirlpool
  The sauna and whirlpool are available free of charge to accommodated guests from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one-hour time slots) only with advance booking. Due to limited capacity, we recommend booking your relaxation sessions before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Validity and redemption

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts, with other special offers, or with events from the calendar of events unless agreed otherwise. The validity of gift certificates cannot be extended.

The one-night gift certificate cannot be redeemed on the weekend. It is possible to purchase a second night at the time of purchase or when booking at the current rate or to redeem the gift certificate from Sunday to Thursday. Please contact the reception for more information.

Please make a reservation in advance. We will then confirm your reservation. Without a confirmed reservation for services, the gift certificate cannot be redeemed. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability of a specific date or time. Upon arrival at the reception, please present your valid gift certificate. Copies of gift certificates are not valid and cannot be accepted. In the case that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or less of your appointment time, your gift certificate will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee without compensation.

Please be aware that if a client arrives for their spa appointment and does not present their valid gift certificate, they may be asked to provide payment for services on the spot.

If you should lose your gift certificate, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your original certificate and issue a replacement to ensure that your original gift certificate cannot be misused.
