Terms and Conditions
All orders placed through our e-shop are binding. By completing your order, you confirm your acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
When you complete your order, we will send you a confirmation email with information about your order and payment instructions (if you selected payment by bank transfer). If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at Reception@ChateauMcely.com or by phone at +420 325 600 000.
We use DPD to deliver within the Czech Republic and for international orders. Current delivery prices can be found in the second step of the order process (at least one product must be in your shopping basket). Shipping within the Czech republic is free with purchases over CZK 1,800!
Should you have any problems with the delivery of your shipment, please write to us or call +420 325 600 000.
We aim to deliver your items to the Czech Republic within 5 working days of your order, and within 12 working days for shipments abroad. We reserve the right to extend this period based on the availability of the relevant courier service.
Chateau Mcely is not liable for damage caused to items during transport and cannot provide compensation for damage caused by mishandling by the shipping company. The buyer should always inspect the package upon receipt, and if any damage is present, a claim should be filed directly with the shipping company. Please do not accept any damaged packages. All packages are sealed with security tape - if the tape has been tampered with, please do not accept the package. By accepting the package, the buyer confirms that it fulfilled all conditions for acceptance and no later requests for returns will be considered.
Pick Up in Person
If you choose to pick up your order in person, your order will be ready for pickup (after you receive the confirmation email - the second email that you receive from us) at the following address:

Cash on Delivery
The full amount is due in cash upon receiving the package from the courier.
Credit card payments
To pay by credit card, you will be redirected to our secure, trusted payment gateway. Here you will enter the necessary information from your credit card, and once you have confirmed the payment, you will immediately be informed if your payment was successful. If your payment was not successful, you can try your payment again or contact us and choose another payment method if necessary. Your items will be shipped once your payment has been successfully received. We will inform you by email when your order has been shipped.
European countries including Slovakia - shipping will be charged according to the current DPD rates.
International shipping - shipping will be charged according to the current DPD rates.
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. These offers cannot be combined with other discounts, with other special offers, or with events from the calendar of events unless agreed otherwise. The validity of gift certificates cannot be extended.
Please make a reservation in advance. We will then confirm your reservation. Without a binding reservation for services, the gift certificate cannot be redeemed. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability of a specific date or time. Upon arrival at the reception, please present your valid gift certificate. Copies of gift certificates are invalid and cannot be accepted If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or less of your appointment time, your gift certificate will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee without compensation.
We would also like to make you aware that if a client arrives for their spa appointment and does not present their valid gift certificate, they may be asked to provide payment for services on the spot.
If you should lose your gift certificate, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your original certificate and issue a replacement to ensure that your original gift certificate cannot be misused.
Personal Data Protection
Your privacy is very important to us, and we strive to ensure any personal information we receive from you is well-protected. We follow the principles of the law on data protection. By providing us with your personal details, you give us permission to process them in connection with your order.

Transaction Reporting Requirement
According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the buyer and to report the sale to the tax authorities immediately online or, in case of technical difficulties, within 48 hours.
